About ME

I dedicate at least one day a week to embracing the great outdoors, where I can be found fishing, cleaning up litter, and brainstorming my next creative endeavor. There’s something truly grounding about being surrounded by trees while dreaming up new ways to shape them and showcase their natural beauty. Plus, it’s hard to beat the view!

During my excursions, I often connect with locals who share similar interests, leading to my involvement in fantastic organizations like the Hamilton County Artists Association (HCAA), Noblesville Creates, and Trout Unlimited. These inspiring folks frequently motivate me to tackle new tasks and projects, resulting in a wonderfully diverse portfolio.

I pride myself on my can-do attitude, so you’ll rarely hear me say “no” to a client. Whether it’s chainsaw sculptures for Bier, custom furniture, or even just a few charming knick-knacks, I’m here to collaborate with you and bring your ideas to life. Each product I create tells a unique story, reflecting the fascinating character of each tree and its role in the tapestry of our home.

Ultimately, my goal is to inspire others to see the beauty in our surroundings and appreciate the incredible world we inhabit!

I grew up exploring the rolling hills and valleys of Southern Indiana and find the woods to be a second home.  The creative juices flow through and I often come back out with new concepts ready to be made.  My newest home-away-from-home is in my wife's home town of Taos, NM.  In our increasing travels I'm always snapping photos, sketching, drafting ideas, and pocketing wood samples.  No matter where you're from I'm sure I'll have a piece that can tell a story you'll be happy to share.

Having three children close in age can be a delightful whirlwind, but I wouldn’t trade it for anything in the world. When we're not racing through their packed schedules, you can find us at home sketching and laughing, or out in nature exploring the great outdoors.

My kids inspire me daily to embrace evolving technologies, and their creativity often sparks some of our most unconventional product ideas. Whether it’s programming, laser cutting, or CNC work, they’re always right there, fueling my imagination and providing a fresh perspective on the tasks at hand.

Fatherhood has certainly taught me patience, but more importantly, it has inspired me to instill in them the value of loving both their craft and their careers. As proud Noblesville Millers, I’m excited to see how they grow and add their unique touch to the realms of art, creativity, and the pursuit of happiness. Who knows? They might just invent the next great thing—or at least keep me on my toes!
